As a courtesy to Vermelho Hair, our staff, and waiting clients, we request a 48-hour advance cancellation notice. We do understand that illness or emergencies happen. We ask that you let Vermelho know this in the event you have to cancel after the 48 hour period so we can continue to do our best to serve you.
No show: We are sad you missed your appointment, however since your stylist is now unable to fill your appointment spot you will be charged 100% of your services you were to receive.
48-Hour Cancellation: In the event you cancel (or reschedule) under 48-hours prior to your appointment, due to improper notice to fill the spot, you will be charged the same as our no-show fees above.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time. This means your stylist does have the opportunity to earn income and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services as well.
